Nandini Gaidhane, Founder of KNG Lifegyaan, holds a M.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Essex (UK) — a program accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) with Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC).
Her journey began with uncertainty — the confusion of choosing subjects, universities, and programs, without knowing where to start.
It was through that very struggle that she discovered something powerful: career success doesn’t come from having all the answers, but from learning to ask the right questions.
That realization became the foundation of KNG Lifegyaan — a platform created to guide students who, like her, seek clarity and confidence in shaping their future; helping them Know themselves, Nurture their potential, and Grow into confident global-ready professionals.
Today, her vision continues to drive KNG’s mission — to make career guidance accessible, structured, and empathetic for students across India and beyond.

Kanchan A G is the Founder and CEO of KNG Lifegyaan, a licensed and internationally certified Career Counselor, Life Skills Trainer, and Education Consultant.
She is a Licensed Career Development Professional (UK), Global Career Counselor (UCLA), International Certified Career Coach, International Career Success Coach , and an active member of APCDA, TOC, APCCI, and SuccessBrew, bringing a global network of career professionals, educators, and organizations together to ensure resources and opportunities for every learner and stakeholder connected with
KNG Lifegyaan.
Kanchan’s own journey —from aspiring pilot and shooter, to winning a scholarship to Miami she was never allowed to pursue, to working as a fashion designer with leading labels and heading Kidswear Design at Pantaloons, to building ventures in manufacturing, food, education, and social work — reflects her fearless spirit of exploration and reinvention.
Her professional path has spanned corporate leadership, creative entrepreneurship, community outreach, and school management, giving her a rare 360° perspective on how people learn, grow, and find purpose.
Her years in residential schools, working in management and holistic development roles, provided her with invaluable insight — living alongside students, understanding their anxieties, motivations, and individuality, and helping them navigate academics, sports, and personal growth.
These lived experiences continue to shape her leadership at KNG Lifegyaan, ensuring that every initiative is built on empathy, authenticity, and real connection with learners.
Under her guidance, KNG Lifegyaan has evolved into one of India’s most inclusive career guidance ecosystems, featuring an extensive Profile Building Directory of 100+ global opportunities — including summer and winter programs, internships, research projects, and volunteering roles.
Her mission is simple — to make career clarity, skill development, and higher education access possible for every student, especially those from India’s middle-class families and smaller towns.
